In an unexpected turn of events, famed football coach Bill Belichick met his new girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, in an unorthodox way: by signing a textbook. The unusual occurrence occurred during their first interaction on a flight from Boston to Florida in February 2021.
Belichick, then the New England Patriots’ head coach, leaned over to inquire about Hudson’s textbook, “Deductive Logic.”

According to sources, the initial encounter resulted in an exchange of contact information. Despite their huge age difference, the two remained in touch, bonding over philosophy and other topics.
Following Belichick’s breakup from his longtime companion, Linda Holliday, the former college cheerleader and the now-72-year-old coach struck up a bond that eventually grew amorous. Although neither Belichick nor Hudson have publicly discussed their friendship, it is evident that they have become close.
Hudson, 23, attended Tom Brady’s Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony last week. She wrote a passionate tribute to Brady, characterizing him as the “embodiment of virtue, dedication, humility, and grace.”
