BREAKING: Veteran Tight End makes an official vist to Texas A&M
Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class advanced just three days ago when Mike Elko and his staff hosted another talented list of prospective prospects, including another tight end who appears to be a perfect match in new offensive coordinator Collin Klein’s system.
As we eagerly anticipate the 2024 season to see Klein’s offensive play-calling abilities, it is evident that the tight end position will be critical. On Friday night, 2025 four-star TE Kiotti Armstrong committed to Texas A&M, demonstrating the football team’s developing strength and promise.
Four-star TE Chase Loftin of Omaha, Nebraska, joined Armstrong in College Station this week for his first official visit to Texas A&M this year. The incoming Millard South HS senior is 6’6″ and weighs 215 pounds, with space for growth.
Loftin spoke with TTJH Sports following his Aggie OV, as Elko and his offensive staff have allegedly made tremendous strides with the Midwest product.
“They showed me that I was a top priority for them! They are a big-time program on the rise!”
Loftin, like many prospective tight end hopefuls, has played extensively as an outside X receiver. He has above-average footwork and route-running ability, but he receives most of his damage in the seam.
Loftin is presently ranked 25th among tight ends in the 2025 class and second in Nebraska, according to 247Sports.
