The Clemson football team, led by Dabo Swinney, defeated Syracuse 31–14 on the road to earn their first Atlantic Coast Conference victory.

On Saturday, the Clemson defence gave a flawless display, controlling the Syracuse offence for the majority of the contest. The Tigers’ offensive display was impressive in the first half, but in the second half they faltered as they easily won.

Overall, it was a strong performance for the Tigers, but they could have shown more consistency. What matters is that they got the job done.
