BREAKING: They have concluded their podcast. Even now, JJ Redick, the new Lakers coach, wants to produce amazing stuff with LeBron.

Their podcast has concluded. JJ Redick, the new Lakers coach, is still hoping to produce amazing material with LeBron.

California’s El Segundo (AP) — JJ Redick claims that his unexpected appointment as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers signals the conclusion of his podcast with LeBron James.

In a new iteration of their collaboration, Redick hopes to be able to create much more engaging material as they pursue a championship with the Lakers next season.

On Monday, the Lakers formally welcomed Redick as their coach. It was also Redick’s 40th birthday, having played in the NBA for 15 years.

Redick humorously accepted the oddity of his remarkable hire during a news conference with general manager Rob Pelinka at the Lakers’ training facility. He was facing a gym full of team staff, members of the media, and some of his new players.

“I haven’t coached in the NBA before,” Redick stated nonchalantly. “I wonder if any of you have heard that.”

Redick’s only coaching experience comes from volunteering with his boys’ young teams, but he intends to close the vast knowledge gap with his encyclopaedic basketball knowledge, charming personality, highly skilled coaching staff, and enthusiasm to try new things.

To put it mildly, this procedure has been bizarre,” Redick remarked. “I approach my duty with great seriousness. It is my responsibility to lead the Lakers to a championship squad since they have some of the most ardent supporters in the world. That’s the reason I registered.

Redick said that he did not receive any assistance or guidance from James, who has to choose this week whether to activate his player option and rejoin the Lakers for the upcoming campaign or to become a free agency.

Redick talked extensively about how he plans to use James next season with the Lakers, including hitting more 3-pointers to take advantage of his high percentage, even though he didn’t reveal any new information.
