While some fans criticize the connection, former Patriots player Jason McCourty has shown his support for Belichick. In a recent interview on “SI Media with Jimmy Traina,” McCourty offered relationship advice to his former coach, suggesting his acceptance and good attitude toward the situation.

“You know, Bill’s not married, so there’s no expectation man, that has to be with a certain person,” McCourty told me.

Jason McCourty is the oldest Miami Dolphin. He's a smart, versatile leader.

“So it’s just like you see it and say, ‘Man, do your thing, Bill. You’re not coaching this year, so you have plenty of free time to travel, hang out, and experience the globe.”

However, not everyone in the media supports McCourty’s attitude. Chris ‘Mad Dog’ Russo has expressed his displeasure, claiming that Hudson may be “a little too much” for Belichick. Russo’s comments represent a portion of public opinion that is disapproving of the relationship’s considerable age disparity.

“To be honest, Belichick’s 24-year-old fiancée is a little too much for him. “He’s 50 years older,” Russo explained.

“This is what I’d say. If Bill Belichick came to my house and asked to date Kiera Russo, who is 23, I would have a problem. ‘Coach, come in. Have a great time, you two.”
