“We are confidence in the team selected for this vital series against South Africa. Andre Coley, our Head Coach, led the selecting process for this team while we waited for our new selection method, which will be implemented in the following days and officially announced shortly. This squad is a careful assessment of players’ recent performances and preparedness for the conditions we foresee. We are sure that this team is well-balanced and can compete at the highest level.”

Head Coach Andre Coley stated

“The group we’ve chosen for this series is a well-balanced blend of experience and youth, carefully selected to optimize our performance in Trinidad and Guyana. We’ve opted to rest our vice-captain, Alzarri Joseph, for this series. Alzarri has recently had a heavy workload, and this respite will allow him to rest and return to peak performance.
