In a bold draft-day move, the Las Vegas Raiders have traded veteran left tackle Kolton Miller to secure their future at the position, selecting Aireontae Ersery, the towering offensive tackle out of Minnesota, in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The trade marks a major shift in the Raiders’ offensive line strategy as they part ways with Miller, a longtime anchor and former first-round pick, in favor of the rising star from the Big Ten. Ersery, known for his alluring size, exceptional reach, and raw power, brings a new level of physical dominance to the Raiders’ front line.

At 6-foot-6 and 325 pounds, Ersery impressed scouts with his natural athleticism and ability to neutralize edge rushers with long arms and fluid footwork. His upside has been a focal point in pre-draft conversations, and Las Vegas made a statement by moving up to ensure he joins the Silver and Black.

Raiders General Manager [Pete] called the move “a necessary step toward building a younger, more dynamic offensive line,” and praised Ersery’s potential to become a franchise cornerstone.
